Returns and refunds

In accordance with Norwegian legislation an item can be returned within 14 days of receipt. The item returned must be unused and in the original condition, which includes original packaging.

As soon as we receive your returned parcel, the item will undergo a quality check, to ensure you receive your refund as quickly as possible. Any refund will automatically be issued to the card used to make the original purchase. Any item in unsuitable condition will be sent back to you. Please note that the items are your responsibility until they reach the workshop, and please insure your package return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. Please keep your postage receipt as a proof that the package was sent. You are responsible for the return expenses.

In the event that the shipment carrier is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, missing an apartment, suite, floor, etc., incorrectly refused packages or otherwise, Salt Studio is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs levied by the courier. Similarly, Salt Studio is not responsible for the payment of re-shipping merchandise to the customer. In cases such as these, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery and is non-refundable.

Shipping

The item will be shipped out within 10 working days depending on which product is chosen. Shipment time varies, as all jewelry is made by hand in our workshop in Oslo.

Salt Studio has a 'no stock - no waste' policy which means that each piece is special made for the customer after placing an order.

All products are sent as packages, so it is possible to track them with the provided tracking number. All orders are safely shipped insured with gls or ups.

It is important that you are happy with your purchase, so if you think the jewelry has been damaged during shipping, please contact me immediately at toneberglihn@gmail.com.

Every Salt Studio jewelry piece is made with focus on high quality craftmanship. however, it is important to note that minor differences may occur, as allot of the jewelry is handmade.

There may be minor variations from time to time, in regard to color and description of the item on the webshop.

We use natural materials as corals and pearls, wherefore color and shape can vary a little from the provided photo on the webshop. The color reproduction may also depend on your screen settings, which is why a 100% color guarantee cannot be made.
